                                                                       3. Mark sheet of H.S Examination.
                                                                       4. Mark sheet of B.A/B.Sc. (All Mark sheet)
                                                                       5. Mark sheet of M.A./M.Sc. (All Mark sheet)

                                                                       6. Aadhar Card ( Mandatory for all Candidates).
                                                                       7. Caste Certificate
                                                                       8. Recent Passport Size photographs. (3 Copy)
                                                                       9. Scanned Signature of the Candidate.
